Der Naturpark Lastovo ist kroatisch f\u00fcr \u201eHimmel auf Erden\u201c. Die Insel ist die am weitesten entfernte bewohnte Insel in Kroatien, fast als separater Kontinent, auf dem Vergn\u00fcgen, kristallklares Meer und wilde Natur denselben Raum bewohnen. Es wurde nach Schwalben (Schwalben<\/em> auf Kroatisch) benannt, w\u00e4hrend die alten R\u00f6mer dieses St\u00fcck unber\u00fchrter Natur von seiner besten Seite als \u201ekaiserliche Insel\u201c bezeichneten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Das Besteigen des 417 m hohen Hum-H\u00fcgels, dem h\u00f6chsten Punkt von Lastovo, ist eine besondere Art des Vergn\u00fcgens und bietet Ausblicke auf die mysteri\u00f6se Insel Palagru\u017ea und die winzigen Leuchtturminseln, die die Gelassenheit von Lastovo wie echte Wachposten bewachen. Die Leuchtt\u00fcrme hei\u00dfen Glavat, Struga, Su\u0161ac und Tajan. Der erste unter ihnen ist der Held einer ungew\u00f6hnlichen Legende, die sich um griechische G\u00f6tter, den Olymp, Abgesandte und die wundersch\u00f6nen kroatischen Inseln dreht. According to folklore, the Greek gods couldn\u2019t agree on which Croatian island was the most beautiful \u2013 Mljet, Kor\u010dula or Lastovo. It\u2019s fair to say there is no right answer to that question, even now.
